About the project

We partnered with the government of New Brunswick to create and implement a human-centred framework for a few key digital services, aiming to enhance residents' experiences when interacting with government offerings.

Goal

Using a mixed methods research approach, such as in-depth interviews, in-person intercepts, and user testing, we identified residents' needs and pain points, developed conceptual prototypes, and prioritized key features to ensure the newly enhanced digital solutions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with how residents will interact with government services.
